    Cyko's little round guys...

The Nations-Tobin Polar Bears of El Paso, Texas would like to highly recommend the new Cyko series of wheels to any and all. Agility, grip, stopping/acceleration, all have performed with an excellent rating. Skylier, Caitlin, and myself have each worn a set for over 20 hours of play, in three divisions of league participation each. I have used the yellow, 76a set, and Caitlin and Skylier have used the 74a blue sets. In all three cases, our skating performance was (we all thought) enhanced by the wheels. Changes of direction, stopping, changing speeds, all of us felt we were able to move at a better clip than before with our variant models of old wheels. Caitlin compared then favorably to her millennium purple set...

Skylier is an elite-level, pro-caliber 19 year old. Caitlin is a 13 year old advanced defender. I am an intermediate 50 year old defender. (BUT, hey! USAHIL has announced a 50&O diviison at the 2004 nationals!)

We will definitely be purchasing these wheels for our next set, and we recommend them to all ages and skill levels of players...

Did I note that Mike is supporting IHC with a commission/donation, and that the 8 wheel set is less than $40???

If you get these wheels, you will be very happy...

Thanks for the review, I trust that they are good wheels coming from you Danny. But $40? Thats almost as much as your skates! lol

Thanks for the test Danny. I did not want to brag about the wheels until someone else on IHC member tested them. My son has been on the CYKO Blue Ice (indoor 74a) and the CYKO Fire (outdoor 83a) and has noticed better performance. So remember the Inline Hockey Main page on the wild wheel deal and be able to get some great wheels at a low cost to you and be able to support the site in turn.
    Thanks Mike

Yeah, one of the added benefits of obtaining the Cyko wheel set is that my Stubbies just doubled in value to $80 for both feet...

Oh, yeah, with the Dr. Schol's hypergel orthotic inserts, I am now officially skating in the first pair of $100 Stubbies in the country!

Good thing we've hashed out the it's-rocket-science-so-who-needs-to-care-about-bearings here on IHC, or these Stubbies could be getting real expensive!!

At that cost, I might considering getting a pair when I need some outdoor wheels.

Danny is becoming quite the big spender, but thats probably one of the nicest pairs of $100 skates ever.

Just a question. Please forgive me for being ignorant.

If I order a set, how do I pay for it?

You can send a cashiers check, money order, check wait seven days to clear, Pay-Pal, or send cash. As soon As I receive payment the factory will ship the next day.

    update: Cyko's little round guys...

Skylier specifically reports that he likes the little blue guys better than even his old trinities...not the new trinities, however, but definitely the old trinities. He is really impressed with the price-to-pereformance ratio, noting that the $40 blue guys perform as well as the $80-$110 high performance guys.
