    new blade

I just recently bought an Easton Ultra Lite. I just broke the blade and need a replacement. As this will be my first attempt at changing a blade, is there anything to watch out for so I don't fry my shaft???

    Thanks for any help.

Make sure you haven't just outgrown the stick. I once bought a new blade because my old one was worn down to nothing. I put it in and found out that I needed a new stick, not just a new blade. This is a reason I stick with wood. also, aluminum gets cold when playing outdoors in fall/winter here in PA.

Pittsburgh. specificly I play at a local rink and I may play for Fox Chapel highschool, depends on if I have the money for new outdoor skates, seeing as I only have ratty old $50 pieces of junk.
