Wayne Gretzky Roller Hockey Centers become Worldwide Roller Hockey Facilities effective 4/21/03 4/18/03

Dear valued members,

In the coming days, you will notice a new look at our facility and in our written material, as our name formally changes to the ?Worldwide Roller Hockey Centers.?

After nearly eight years, our License Agreement with Wayne Gretzky is completed. We would like to take this opportunity to publicly acknowledge our deep gratitude to Wayne for his inspiration and ongoing support.

Since inception, the Gretzky Centers have developed a reputation in Southern California for being the pre-eminent in-line hockey recreational facilities, and having the endorsement and reputation of the greatest hockey player ever has always set the standard of excellence. These standards have now been deeply embedded in our day-to-day operations, and will continue under the Worldwide banner.

We also take this opportunity to thank you, our valued customers, for your continuing patronage, and we?ll see you at the rinks!
