    Tour G-80's

I'm just curious if I'm the only one who's noticed this but I went from two pairs of missions, the latest being the infamous proto vsi vibes, to this pair and I'm having a hell of a time getting used to these skates. Every time I wear the tour's I feel like I'm going to fall on my butt. I haven't had time to really get used to them since I've been going back and forth between skates since I'm in the middle of a season but hopefully I'll be able to get used to them.

I've had that problem switching from missions to tours. I just don't lace up to the top eyelet, helped alot for me. Just gotta get used to it.

Caitlin almost lynched me when I bought her the pair of Tour 551's last year (hey, Dads buy a good quality skate that's on sale, darn it...). She had worn Missions for 7 years to that point. Now, she is very happy with the Tours, she likes the way they look, and almost no break in time. curiously, just like Krunchy, she doesn't lace the top two eyelets, and wraps the (purple, of course) laces around the cuff...

apparently, you will become adept at the lie and feel of the Tours-after-Missions in time....

I went from tours to Missions and It felt so much better to skate on missions. The tours felt odd, they had less lean and they wore down extremely fast. But I hope you like your new Tours, you will get used to them after time. And if all else fails you can go back to mission.

You couldnt pay to get me out of skating in missions. I have ever since the first line of skates by them, although I was pretty tempted to go over to Tour when I had Vsi Vibes.... *shudders*

That's pretty much what has pushed me over to tour's.. I've had two pairs of missions, the first ones didn't last very long becuase they decided to use that real soft suede like leather on the upper portion of the boot, which allowed the eyes to rip out on a bunch of em. Then came the vibe's, love the boot, but never really liked the frames.

And thanks for the info everyone

Yes, Vibe's suck..We know, but what about the VSI boot. One of the best boots ever.

Has anyone ever worn the flyweight boot? The boot is awesome, one of the refs had a flyweight boot with Red Star E-Frame Alloy chassis, I was in love.
