no trade...looking at the weather reports for the past week, we all have remarked around here about how everybody in the Northeast U.S. probably wouldn't appreciate any weather comparison humor...I held off for as long as I could...I graduated from Houghton High (U.P. Michigan: 182 inches of snow each year) and came down here to the desert to go to school...haven't left, guess I'm stuck here now...

Actually is supposed to warm up to the 30s by next week, well that what the "experts" say.

A warning to anyone who's going to be playing this weekend in the Northeast. I just got back from drop-in and we had 24 pucks break due to the cold. The owner had ran out and brought them in from his truck. I would recomend keeping your pucks in warmed up.

Like I mentioned earlier we had a few pucks and a ball break today. So one of the older guys up at the rink turned on his car and we put the pucks on top of the dashboard to warm them up, it worked pretty well.

accorfing to Mission the Cole is the Easton version of the Shanahan. Its the pattern I use and like you guys I love the play I get from it. I used the Modano before but I can toe tuck better with the Cole/Shanahan

LOL! Great idea! At my house game today I took a shot off the mask and it broke right on my cage!

Well besides for keeping us out of trouble, we always have a ride to the hospital, which I consider a very good thing.

I have the response and also the synergy, Shannahan (which curve I prefer). thinking I will cut off the blade on the response and replace with an Easton Shannahan. Has anyone tried this? any reason why it wouldn't work?

I talked to a guy that owns a skate shop in Jersey, he said his customers have had ALOT of problems with the M-1, so I bought another Ultra-Lite 110 instead...
