your game is all about scoring huh? never seen a roman on the list for leading scorer. Don't get so cocky. Unless your name is Jagr or Lemiuex(spelling, i hear his coming back by the way) then don't talk about your game being all about scoring. I have seen a lot of players play and I still to see "The Man", who is prefect in every aspect. Put some effort in on the rink and fine tune your skills. Even NHLers do that.

Calihockey u dont even know me. IM not saying IM all that and IM the best player around. I have only been playing the sport for 2 years, I have a huge ice hockey background and due to that my transition to roller hockey was easy. My first year of roller hockey I averaged 5 points per game in a league where I was the youngest player. Then I went on to play Major Jr. A inline hockey and I put points on the board there 2! I work hard and thats why I am rewarded with gals and assists. IM not saying I have skills like Gretzky but IM the hardest worker you'll ever meet of the ice doing running drills and working on my speed so when it comes to game time IM in great shape and work my but off aswell. IM down here in Canada where roller hockey is not that big but I will play in the states this year and maybe u'll hear off me then.

Most forwards' games are about scoring. Calihockey, why did you get so PO'd that Roman said that. I think you misunderstood the comment. Would you get mad at a goalie who says his game is all about stopping the puck? To be truthful, I think I'd be more angry at a goalie who said his game was all about NOT stopping puck.

no, you are wrong. A good player period is all about doing what is best for the team. I dont care if you are an awesome goal scorer, if your team needs forchecking, you forcheck. If you are all about scoring you are all about glory. a player doesn't win a championship, a team does. I'll take a average player who puts his heart and soul into the game for the "team" over an awesome player who is all about goals.
