    Re: Question

See so many people get scared when they feel their stick do that, like oh *censored* it's gonna break!!! 9 times out of 10 it won't.... The Bauer 2002 Winter catalog has a picture of Keith Tkachuk (I believe) and his stick is bent a good 12-14" behind the center of the shaft on a one-timer. It's absolutely insane...

Takes a little while to get used to an incrdibly flexible stick however.......

    Re: Question

I feel It's important to have a big slapper as a forward for a few reasons... For Show of course... lol.. but really, If you dont have a decent shot, the defenseman know you're going to probably try and walk it in so they back off of you. If the think there's a good possibility that you'll use them as a screen and crank one, they'll play you closer which gives players like me w/ speed an easier time to blow around them, it also help to have one when you get a couple feet of room coming down the boards but not enough room to get closer, so a slapper will atleast cause scoring chances from there.. either way, it keeps the defenseman from being able to predict you.. the more weapons you have, the better

Wow, thats a nice shot. I think I've gotten in the upper 80's, according to the radar guns anyway. Have you ever hit 100 mph?
