Thread: new shaft?

    new shaft?

any ideas about a good shaft, probably about mid flex, and pretty durable. kinda light,im used to using the wood so it doesn't have to be light as a feather. and has anyone tried out the rubber shafts? my friend has been lookin at em, but are they any good?

TPS Louisville Genesis, great shaft, many flexes.

TPS Louisville Response, one piece, light, custom curves coming soon or may be available already.

I'm a pretty big fan of the new Easton Z-Bubble Grip (aka Metal Matrix Bubble) shaft. Lightweight. Durable. Available in a 75/100/110 flex. Usually retails for around 104.99-114.99

Oh definitely! Easton Ultra Lites are like the perfect inline hockey stick. I've used Easton Ultra Lites (w/ a Ultra Graphite blade) for about 6 years now. Great stick. Enables you to really "feel" the puck. Not only is it a great stick for the money, I still think even with the release of the newer sticks/shafts (SNergy, Response, Z-Bubble), it is still one of the best performing shafts out there. Heck, just ask Paul Kariya (among many other NHL-ers).

Try out the Vapor 6 or 10 from Bauer ..... they offer a great wheelbarrow handle which i find very comfy vs. the Easton conventional square handle.
