Former Pro Roller Hockey Player in Olympics
I was watching the Slovakia vs. Germany Olympic game on T.V. last night (actually early this morning) and saw an old friend playing for the German Olympoc Team. Lenny Soccio, who played for the 1994 RHI World Champion Buffalo Stampede, was skating for the Germans. I remember when I worked for the Sampede back in 1994 and 1995 that Lenny played ice hockey in Germany between summer seasons. Actually, that's why he did not play for the Stampede in 1995. He considered coming back but had a better deal to stay in Germany.
Always good to see an old pro roller hockey player doing good.

I also heard that Yuri Krivokhrija (sp?) is also playing for Belarus. It was during an NBC broadcast of one of the preliminary round games and the commentator mentioned on air that Yuri played for Buffalo in 1998 for RHI (although we actually played in MLRH that year). I know Yuri also played for Anaheim in 1997.
Another roller hockey guys does good.
