    HILO Wheel Setup

I have Mission skates with a HILO 80mm 80mm 72mm 72mm setup. Do I have to buy the same size wheels or can I change sizes keeping some ratio of front to back?

I need to find new wheels, but don't have a ton of money to drop. Unfortunately in our last league game I lost a chunk of my back left wheel.

You can put whatever you want in them. But if you're putting in different sizes, all four wheels wont be touching the ground at the same time and you wont be as effecient. I.e., if you put in 76s in front, only your two wheels will spin when your pushes forward, and only your back when your pushing off your back.

yes, you can put other diameters in, provided the diameter difference stays the same. In your case it is a 8mm difference.

e.g. an 80-72 HILO setup can run 80-72 or 76-68 (IIRC there was a CCM chassis back in the day that used this 76-68 setup)

an 80-76 HILO chassis can run 76-72 wheels.
