What do you do in the summer?

Just curious - do inline hockey players continue in leagues through the summer months? Just do tournaments? Camps? We are getting ready to structure the summer at Hat Trick Hockey and am looking for suggestions. www.hat-trick-hockey.com

As far as its concerned here in Savannah GA. Roller hockey is a year round sport. we play leagues, tournaments, and I know that alot of the kids go to roller and ice camps during the summer. The roller hockey surface doesn't melt when winter is over. So, why should we stop playing, we don't have ice here anyway. Here we have an indoor rink and an outdoor rink, both of then get used year around. However, its better to be indoors in the summer if at all possible, but, the winter it doesn,t really matter one way or the other. Don't stop playing roller hockey in the summer, just because its not the traditional hockey season. Hockey is now a year around game, so why not play all you can.
