Hey all,

Just throwing a post on here to spread the word for recruitment for the 2011-2012 ECRHA season. We are currently waiting to hear back from the league to approve our move up to Division 2 and thus we are looking for some new players to come down to our tryouts early in the fall semester. We know there are a lot of hockey players at UMass, whether their forte is ice, dek, or roller, and we'd be excited to host you all at try outs. If you need a team to scrimmage early this year please feel free to contact Mike Sobel at the email [email protected]. We were also considering holding a roller hockey beanpot possibly somewhere in the second semester alongside Boston University. Let us know if your interested.

Absolutely, Ian. We'll be in contact over the summer. I'll send Sobel a message as soon as I arrive back in the states. I've been abroad all semester. Both the scrimmage and the beanpot tourney sounds like great ideas.
