Just curious what the layout will be for next year

I'm done, but Binghamton is definitely staying in D2. We don't have a coach or the appropriate funding/organization to field a D1 team. Also with me gone, goaltending is a somewhat unknown commodity.

Northeastern will be adding a B team for next season.

Good. I think that the layout was pretty good this year, right amount of teams, at least in DI. I'd expect Queens to move up to DII, maybe Scranton or UMass?

Agreed. DII this year was definitely the most competitive I have ever seen it, so much better/more fun than the joke last year with those 5 teams that should have clearly been in DI. I think if they make any of the current DII teams move up to DI it would be a huge mistake. Watch out for Queens College in DII next year, they're gonna make noise

It took us less than 5 games to realize we didn't belong in DIII I don't know why it took Neumann eight 15+ win seasons (with 27 games in a row undefeated) since 2002-03 to understand they didn't belong in DII. Regardless if there were any team to move to DI this year I'd say it would be Pittsburgh, and even that would be a stretch. I would consider demoting Vermont and Maine however, while bringing Scranton and Queens up.

I can't see Maine even having a team at all next year if Ventresca and Knight graduate. Nice guys, shame they can't field a goalie and a few more skaters.

The worst thing that happened for Maine was starting an ACHA team. They used to field 14 guys a weekend who would play you as hard as you can imagine. They were 100% ice hockey kids who were playing on wheels, and played like it. They couldn't get a club ice team since there was nobody up there to play, but once they finally did, that was the downfall of that program.

They were also the absolute craziest team I've ever seen. They once stopped a game going on on rink 2 in Feasterville because they were standing on top of a spare net funneling Red Bulls at about 8 in the morning. They also brought logs into the rink and were chopping them up with chainsaws. And finally, the best I've seen from them was when they were dragging a rope tied to an old quad skate, the chainsaw, and a dead fish through the middle of the Sportsplex.

Well since there is not much moving divisions let's talk predictions for next year....

D1: rumor has it Neumann has stocked up big time with incoming talent, better than that class with Klenk marriotti Donohue...
Wcu I think will be good, Rowan have a team sent majority of players seniors?
    Brockport keep durkina and chappius??
