Inline Hockey Helps. Any Questions? Thought Not.

    Hi Folks,

Saw this and it just reminded me how irritated I felt when I remembered that some (dopey) ice hockey coaches argued that inline hockey doesn't help players master ice hockey:

of the people who do the 'inline sucks' it always tends to be people who never _really_ played.

But the more sports you expose yourself to the more you can cross-polinate ideas from one sport into another. e.g. teams with inline experience have much stronger play when they're in 4 player situations in ice hockey, inline teams with ice experience often have stronger 5 on 4 play, etc.

    Hi Steven,

    Good point.

Since watching the recent Olympics, I've decided that I'm going to take up curling in hope that it may help me with 12-ounce curls.
    Sincerely,
