    Mlrh scheduling

What kind of pro league schedules games at 10pm on a sunday night? Florida Fusion plays Detroit AT Detroit at 10pm sunday night, does the league not want fans at their game? Do they not realize were all regular people outside of the rink and have jobs that start monday morning? What a joke.

I remember back in 02-03 when we traveled from NJ to VA for a game on Saturday night that was supposed to be a 8pm start time and on the way down we get a message saying the game is moved back to 10pm for a private party!! I still have the tape...there were 4 people in the stands, two refs that couldnt even skate and more war stories...we got done and couldnt even go to get something to eat and all the bars closed at 1am!! At least Waffle house was 24/7!!!

Unfortunately, the Revolution Arena is a very busy facility with sports other than inline hockey. MLRH did not schedule those games; they were scheduled by me; one of the GM's of the Detroit Revolution team. The D Rev's opponent, Florida and it's owner/GM Chris Street, was well aware of our time constraints and still agreed to come to Michigan to play. Thank you and Kudos to Chris Street and the Florida organization for being willing to follow through under very difficult circumstances.

All I am pointing out here is: in this case, MLRH is not to blame.

PA Blackout vs DC Filibusters (AAA)

    Blackout 8-7 (shootout)

PA Blackout vs DC Filibusters (MLRH 2)

    Blackout 10-8

Both teams played very well with a lot of physical body play. Refs let us play the whole game physical and it ended up being a lot of fun. Thanks DC for coming all the way up to PA to play hope to see you in the near future.
