new jersey grizzlies in piha and aihl?

did i miss something? why and how are the new jersey grizzlies in both aihl and piha? practically it looks like it'll work; there're no conflicts in their schedules. however, i thought deciding on a league was important based on the significant discussion over the summer about which teams will play for what league.

I don't see a name posted with your comments, so I will take it as if you are yet another person looking for trouble. I will however, respond.

The New Jersey Grizzlies are playing in both AIHL and PIHA. I didn't realize that "deciding" what league to play in was a requirement. Considering A LARGE number of players play in both leagues, we decided that playing in both is something we wanted to do. We have two minor teams(one for each league) and one Pro team(which will play 56 games) to participate in the leagues.

When people participate in tournaments, they enter where ever they want to compete. We decided that we wanted to compete in both leagues, therefore we are doing just that.

If you want to post a comment such as this, please post your name so you can be answered with your questions. If people in this sport actually cared about the growth of the sport, they would unify the two leagues anyway, until then, we want to play as much hockey as possible. We have also realized that each league has its positive and negative aspects. Thank you for your concern, though.

lol, yea Deno, I know Andrew, he's like the nicest guy and def wasnt trying to stir the pot....I think you were being a little defensive. Rightfully so with IHC's track record in past threads about PIHA vs AIHL vs MLRH.

Knee jerk reactions are how we operate here Nicholas. And your comment is only legitimate if that's actually your real name. It becomes more legitimate with each additional detail about your personal life that you reveal.

The New Jersey Grizzlies are happy and proud that everyone has realized that we are participating in both leagues. I didn't realize that this was such a big deal. I guess the next time I see a team enter Torhs and Narch Pro, I will say, hey choose one or the other.

Anyway, done with this topic. 56 games 3 months.
