I believe this is the fight that occurred in Midget Platinum (Black Ice vs. Tour Velocity) when Wells of Black Ice went after one of the scorekeepers.

I don't know how accurate my information is, as word was traveling around the rinks pretty fast that day. It is also my understanding that the player in question was politely asked to return to the U.S.A., A.S.A.P.
