Fall ECRHA ACC Meeting
September 12, 2009
To be held a the Sportsplex in Feasterville Pa
Noon – 5pm in the Yellow Room

This meeting is mandatory for ALL teams play in the ECRHA 2009-2010 season.

Lunch will be provided by the ECRHA.

Teams traveling over 250 miles one way to the meeting will be provided with a hotel room Friday night by the ECRHA.
*If your team needs a hotel room we need to know by August 20, 2009

The agenda for this meeting will be posted on or by September 1, 2009.

This seems like a waste of money. Can't this be done some other way. I mean, this isn't my region, but if it was, I'd be pretty angry that we couldn't do this on a conference call or something cheaper.

What if your drive is only 248 miles? Can you drive around the parking lot to get that 2 extra miles?

I think it's completely necessary, and honestly is really the only way to get people on board. There have been some important, heated discussions at these meetings, including a lot of things that were started in the ECRHA that eventually became NCRHA policy.

While it is a bit of a pain, it's one person for one day. Considering how some of the other regions have so much trouble communicating with their teams and progressing, maybe this is something they should look into...
