Pro Roller Hockey mention in NJ Devils rookie camp
I forgot to post this a couple of weeks ago...
Anthony Felice was invited to the NJ Devils rookie camp this year. A bit odd (story follows) as he is a passionate guy who always loved to play. He has been the general manager of the NY Sports Club up in Stamford, CT. Holding this postion for a number of years now, he has found time in the past few to escape for a few days to be a back-up goalie for the ECHL's Trenton Devils. He has also seen time in the EPHL with the Brooklyn Aces last year as well. He has been in numerous camps over the years dating back to 1997. He has seen time in the UHL and other leagues since then and was a member of the NJ Rockin' Rollers in RHI in 1996 and 1997 as an emergency goalie.
BIG cheers to one of my former teammates and player that I had the priviledge to coach in tournaments and with the NJ Bullets of MLRH in '01 and '02!!
Search either Rookie Camp or Felice and check out his interview with FSN's Matt Loughlin
