I couldn't open the link that you provided, but I agree with you that there is something special about playing our sport outdoors. I participated in some of NHL Breakout's events back in the day, and while the quality of play may not match that of some of today's major indoor tournaments, playing outdoors at the beach in Santa Monica with bikini-clad babes cheering you on? Uncomparable.

Can't remember if this was posted elsewhere already, but Namibia has brought Dave Hammond down to coach their hockey program for a while.
