Nice shot. Anyone know what division that was? Kinda looked like Jacob Cline.

It was Mens Bronze round robin game.

Michigan Mad Dogs (wearing the away Fusion jerseys) vs. GBHI GB

Mad Dogs it in a shootout after that shot

    FAUplayer,

What was the name of the player who took the shot? I think I misidentified him for obvious reasons... Can't you guys use the jerseys of the teams that you actually play for? You're sending journalists around the world to early graves.

I think you forgot the word "lost" between "Dogs" and "it" -- am I right?

You are correct sir, I meant to say the Mad Dogs LOST it in a shootout afterwords.

The player who scored it was John Parrish. I knew one of the players that played on the Mad Dogs team; he was picked up the day before, plays in the adult league at Skatezone.

Now, if you ask me, that was not the goal of the tournament. Its a rather weak goal on the goalie's behalf (I am a goalie so I am allowed to say that!) and a lucky shot by the player. Take a look at a lot of the Pro games; a lot of very nicely setup goals!

i have to agree, that shot wasnt anything special, i mean it was a buzzer beater so thats pretty sweet, but it was also a slap shot from center on the ground...pretty soft...im sure there was wayyyy better goals in the pro division...prob almost in every pro game was there a better goal...lol

I am pretty sure that goal hit the back crossbar, and not the one located on the ground

oh ok, my bad, you lose the puck after he shoots it, looked like it went ont he ground from my comp...nice shot, dont wanna take anything away from him but still find it hard to believe that was the best goal at a national tournament...

    Hi Folks,

It was the best goal of the tournament that I caught with my camera.
