pick up hockey in Detroit

Hey im going to be in Detroit for an entire week, I was wondering if someone could tell me were to get in some good pick up games (rinks, times, etc.). I am 21 so it would have to be adult pick up. Thanks in advance.

where in detroit will you be? there are a lot of great rinks in the area, like US Blades in West Bloomfield, Joe Dumars in Sterling Heights, or Soccer Zone in Novi (not so great, but will do the job). if you go to www.usblades.com, www.drha.com, or post here where you will be you can find out more info.

thanks for the info, I will be in Livonia but willing to drive anywere in the Detroit area, as I will likely have a lot of free time on my hands.

I'm trying to build a database of places to play pickup games all across the country. We've got a lot of data on the Washington DC area, Ohio, California and Florida to name a few, but nothing yet on Michigan. If you enter those two places (or any others) onto our website, then everyone will be able to find them later on down the road.
