Torhs schedule?

What's up? Does anyone know why it is taking so long to get the schedule out for Nats. Tourny starts on Friday and no schedule yet! I hope the delay is not due to "special requests". That's something I got to give to the Statewars guys. No special requests and the schedule is out way in advance so you can make plans. If it is due to special requests and you are one of the ones making those special requests and holding everything up for everyone else, shame on you!

It takes alot of manpower hours and work to get the schedule done for a national hockey tournament. Not to mention special events during the tournament and additional activities. I am sure that TORHS is working around the the clock to get the schedule released and will get done shortly. I only know from past experience that they are very excited about their tournament and want to make sure the schedule has no issues.

As far as the State Wars scheduling Gods, they are great at what they do, and also have teams created well in advance and paid well in advance whre they have the luxury of scheduling so early.

Both tournaments do a fantastic job and should be commended. It may be a little late, but that is why they have a block schedule, so you can plan to be there for those days....right?

you are right! i'm just a little anxious i guess. it will be my first trip to west palm beach...just me and my squirt son. my wife has someone that works for her whose husband is from WPB and all i've been hearing about is how much there is to do there so we are quite excited about our time there...on and off the rink. my wife and 8 yr old daughter are not too happy with me and my son right now since they will not be coming with us cause she couldn't get off of work after the block schedule in our division was changed at the last minute.

we're actually hoping that things go well enough and TORHS goes back there next year....HINT, HINT!

i know patience is a virtue and all that....but i'm ready for some hockey and a litle fun in the sun...LOL!

From what I have heard, schedule is finished, its just a matter of getting it up on the website now... I also overheard that it was a two year deal with the Palm Beach Skatezone for TORHS

Man I hope you're right! About the schedule and the 2 year deal! Would love to come back next year with the whole family.

Does Skatezone have something going on July 4th after 445games because those are the last games on Saturday.. Then games start at 8am the next day. Why not run later on Saturday, so people do not have to wake up as early. The answer can simply be, to give people the afternoon off for Ju;y 4th.

Not sure. I would assume it is to allow everyone to enjoy the 4th of July activities. I hear there is a huge fireworks celebration there every year.
