Need some help please
Hi I play roller hockey in an outdoor rink. I can tell already that roller hockey rinks are wearing down the bottom of my stick blade alot more than when I play ice hockey. I usually have my dad help me re tape it every couple weeks and sometimes we put a little super glue on it. Does anyone else have any ideas that could work better besides buying a new one because I don't have money for that.

Re: Need some help please
work wax into the bottom of the blade, the wax helps stop as much water being absorbed into the stick blade. Super glue might help too. Tape the blade and wax it again.
I use different sticks for ice and inline, it is just easier and cheaper in the long run. the stick on ice won't get so worn down and open to aborbing water, an inline stick wears out but so long as it doesn't get any water in it it'll last ok.
