Pat Lee - EMU @ NARCh Winters

Pat Lee, from Eastern Michigan: http://www.ncrha.org/profile.php?player_id=82352 is lighting it up at NARCh Winternationals in San Jose: http://www.narch.com/NARCh_Blogs/rol...116091934.html

Pat is a fun player to watch. I look forward to seeing him play at the upcoming Inter-Regional Event in Mt. Pleasant, PA.

Pat Lee is a great player...probably a bigger coup than Deskins last year. Not surprising that they're loaded up at semester once again, but this makes them pretty tough.

But I don't play, so who am I to comment.

(I felt bad for Rhode Island last year, but then again, everyone else in the building knew the wrap was coming...even the people who don't play.)

PS, John Schultz is back at EMU as well (I thought last season was his 5th, but I guess not).

And here's another guy they're picking up: http://mphproshop.com/playerprofiles/adamiwanow.html

Damn, that's a huge pickup for EMU. They've got to be the favorite in the Midwest now.

They picked up one sick player, and 2 good players.. Takes more than that to win a championship, just ask UC-Irvine.

Yeah, it's to bad there will never be another UCI story in Division I though, what with the mandatory coach and what not. It was great to see a six man, no coach team go so far.

Enough to get them to the final 4 and play Lindenwood to a 1 goal game until the final minute of the 2nd period. And EMU isn't rolling 5 skaters.

So true, this is also the same team that barely beat Rhode Island last year because they live in the penalty box every single game. Lets have them beat someone good before we start handing them the MCRHL and a final four bid.

the fact that EMU is YET AGAIN able to pull this bull **** off really says a lot about the MCRHL

I wonder what ever happened to Aaron Diez, #40 of EMU? http://www.ncrha.org/profile.php?player_id=73884

He's got 3 more years of eligibility left and he was only a Junior.

    Interesting fellow.

James, John Schultz is listed in his 5th year currently. I do not show record that he played in 03-04 and he was not on the Ineligibility List that was sent to each Member Organization Director at the beginning of the season.

That's fine, I'm not trying to stir anything up at all, but thanks for clarifying.

Yeah, but still, they really pulled out a lot. They deserved to make the Final Four, fought hard to get there. Never gonna happen again is all I'm saying.
