Colorado State is travelling out of their region, Rocky Mountain Collegiate Roller Hockey Association, to play against some tough WCRHL opponents. Colorado State is banking on this experience, that it will help prepare them for the Collegiate Roller Hockey National Championship Tournament, which will be held in April 2009 at the Sportsplex in Feasterville, PA.
WCRHL teams will play in either 3 or 4 regular seaon games. All regular season games go onto their 20-game regular season record. The games against Colorado State will be exhibition games, in addition to their 20-game schedule.
