    NHL 2K9 for nintendo wii

i just sold all of my old ps2 and xbox games and systems for a wii. and i was wondering if anyone has played the nhl 2K9 game. is it worth buying? and also is it like the commercial shows, that it simulates puck handling and everything? i would rent it first but i havent found a copy in any local video stores

    hey dude

    i have this game.

its really good. The controls are as advertised. you have total control over the player and the puck.

It does take a while to get used to.

Id rent it first if I were you to make sure ya like it.

My only complaint is that the graphics arent very good because its WII.

the players look very blocky. Iginla looks the same as zetterberg...

its still a TON of fun to play

The Shooting takes some getting used to, well the passing does too. But it's worth it !

dude the Wii was a great investment...even if 2k9 sucks...because you can now re-live the quest for glory and play Punch-Out again! (kinda sucks that they couldn't, or chose not to, re-license Tyson)
