Hartford Fireants concluded their tryouts for the 2008-2009 AIHL season this past Saturday and Sunday. Between both days, we had close to 40 players try out for us, which is a franchise best. Any players who could not make the tryouts and are interested, please contact myself or Matt Zuba directly. Our first practice is Thursday 8/28 at 10pm at Zrink.

Additionally, we are beginning to schedule scrimmages. If any team is interested in scrimmaging, let me know, our dates are listed below, held on Saturday beginning at 4pm, both Major and Minor teams. We are only looking to use 2 of these dates, and are looking to travel to other teams to conclude our preseason of 3-4 games.

The official start of the league is 10/1, we are starting to play official games 11/1.
