aihl/piha question...

can you in both piha and aihl? i mean it may be hard but is it possible or a written rule that you can/cant?

also, why is piha making all these changes now? i mean before the aihl it seemed gradual changes if any, and there were always complaints. is charlie doing this because he has a competitor now or what? a little to late? i dont get it, if this would have happened from the beginning would organizations have jumped ship?

From what I understand from the email I received back from PIHA they are permitting players to play in both. There is no restriction on their end.
