    AIHL in the midwest

Does anyone know about the former PIHA teams from the midwest joining the AIHL? I was reading on the AIHL website and it didn't mention anything about any teams from the midwest. Just wondering if the teams were contacted and weren't interested or if the weren't contacted at all? Since it's apparent that the Gateway division of PIHA is finished it would be good to get the talent from around here in the AIHL somehow. If none of the teams or rinks from around the midwest were contacted does anyone know how to contact the AIHL?

I know that the AIHL has made contact with St Louis. With Garland out of the picture, leadership will have to arise or some sort of gathering of the owners to make a decision, first to see if they are going to play at all and then about where they want to play.
