    Jim Vivona Retirement Video

For those who were unable to attend and either contributed to the video or who are just interviewed in viewing... Here is a look at the Jim Vivona Retirement video that was played during his retirement night back in March.

Enjoy and kudos to Joe D'Aloisio for the video work.

Awesome video. Great work by Joe and the Growl.

Were hats required for interviews? Just kidding...

My favorite interview was Gene. He may as well have said "Well I don't really know who Jimmy V is but he played hockey and I respect that."

Jimmy and Gene def know each other, they just never played on the Growl at the same time. My personal favorite interview was Bill's, but Bobby Beau's was classic too. He was missed this past year.

Oh my!!. Where on earth did you find this picture? This picture was taken in Chicago, in the summer of 1995, which means I was a prime 24 years old. Thanks for posting it!!! Jimmy V.99

    Hey Jimmy,

Was that shot taken at the Odeum in the Chicago suburbs? What event was it? It looks awfully familiar, and I think I was there.

I like the shot of you in the L.A. Kings' uniform in the video tribute best. Good choice!

No, what amazes me is Jimmy V played hockey with Berkley Hoagland and survived to talk about it....

What event was it, do you know? I couldn't tell from the results. I've seen thousands of pages like it.

Oh, it was the USAC/RS 1995 Inline Hockey Nationals.

I think it was held in conjunction with the first FIRS Worlds, and I was there. There was also hard ball hockey and other stuff, if I'm not mistaken.
