    Re: Scores

    CT Blaze Pro and Minor win all four over the NJ Stampede. Scores were;

    1 - 0, all four games.

    The Stampede forfeited. Hmm... reminds me of another league.

    Re: Scores

    Tucson Desperados played the Arizona Strike today to complete a crazy weekend in PIHA Southwest. Strike coming off two losses to Phoenix Dragons in which they saw three goal leads disappear in both games played a Desperados team hungry to stay in the playoff hunt. Tucson did what they had to do, winning both games and putting the pressure on El Paso when they host division leading Dragons next weekend.

    Pro
    Desperados 7, Strike 3
    Desperados 4, Strike 1

    Desperados beating the Strike was the only thing that had not happened in PIHA Southwest yet this season. With the wins today, all four teams in the division have now beaten every other team in the division at least once.

    According to our coach, the games will not be re-scheduled. When I got the call that the game was cancelled, 5:00 that afternoon, I was told that a few of their players were sick, some were hurt, some had to work. Not very good excuses if you ask me. That's why you carry a full roster, in case guys get sick, hurt, or had to work.
