Is it safe to assume that all players with an X instead of a jersey number will not appear at Nationals?

(I'm trying to write some articles. I'm specifically wondering about Stony Brook's Ryan Carey and Erik Curran.)

I think NCRHA has already made the pass through the rosters - if they're not active at this point, they won't be for the event.
