    Scouting Report

My name is Chip Francoforte. I am currently studying Sports Management at SUNY Fredonia in New York. I have been playing roller hockey for 4 years and have improved greatly since I started. Fredonia does not have a roller hockey team and I am just looking for a school that does or suggestions on how I should get one started here. I play defense but can switch into offese as well. I like to compair myself to Brian Campbell because he plays defense but can do the offensive work as well. Thank you.

A list of all the teams in the region (ECRHA) in which you currently go to school with. I would contact the ECRHA for some information on starting a team.

The sooner you start working towards starting at team, the higher the chance you can make it into the league next year.

You're more than welcome to contact me, as our school restarted 3 years ago and I like to think we've done a fairly good job on all fronts. U of Scranton would be another good choice for a team that entered recently, as well as Slippery Rock. Be warned that new teams, especially in places that are not already in a separate league, will often have to deal with being heavily outmatched for the first few years as you build your program.

I am working on getting an in school league started and then talking to the club director about trying to get into the ncrha next year. I know that we have a lot of interest. What i the process I should go through to try and get my school to agree to do this?

dont think this is a recruiting board hockeylova...but anyway

we've only had a team for 3 full years now. talk to the league, but contact the person in charge of all clubs, or club sports at your school. they'll be able to guide you in getting that end of the process done.

A word of advice. Don't go to the school solely based on hockey. Unless it's a Junior college in St. Louis. Then it is completely normal.
