How much interest is there in playing in Louisville??

Hi all, I just moved to Louisville, KY in November and the closest place to play currently is in Cincinnati. That simply isn't good enough.

This post is designed to gauge interest in those that may be in the Louisville area that might want to see some Leagues or even just open roller hockey in the Louisville area.

Back in my youth I ran a skating rink and a few hockey leagues, so if there is enough interest, I will volunteer my time and press some of the local rinks/facilities to see if I can get something started. But the only way I will have enough clout to get them to move in that direction is to see if I will have enough participation to make this a viable source of alternate income for them.

So, if you are interested, please just post here and I'll keep you updated as to whether or not I will try and if I do how successful I am....I’m an optimist, so everything is always Blue Skies and Rainbows for me.

btw...right now I am going to be selfish and am really just looking at 18 and up, but it would be interesting to know if there is enough youth interest out there as well....I love to coach :-)
