Are the try-outs for State Wars teams open, or invitation only? And how would someone go about trying out for a team?

Any helpful information would be apriciated.

They were open tryouts in PA as far as I know and as little as that helps.

All divisions have open tryouts with the exception of the junior, adult, and masters divisions. However if you check the website you can find the contact info for the individuals who run each state team in these three divisions.

How does the competition in State Wars 91's division compare with PIHA minors? Is it easier, harder?

state wars is alot better competion then piha pro for the most part

I would say State Wars 91's has better competition.
