    NARCh Men's Platinum

After watching way to many Roller Hockey games these past 2 weeks, I think some College teams might want to consider playing NARCh Men's Platinum in the upcoming 2008 NARCh Finals in San Jose, CA.

I think Men's Platinum would be a good fit for Colligiate level hockey and it wouldn't be a conflict with a player's D1 and Junior teams.

A few teams could, I'd assume, but it would definitely have to be the upper crust of the collegiate scene, at least in the ECRHA, to make it worthwhile. I know that I don't feel ready for that level of play just quite yet (but I also suck ).

Don't some college players already play for NARCh platinum teams? I really don't know.

plus those weren't college teams, per se. They were quasi-All-Star teams from each region, not specific schools.

I'm not talking about the NCRHA All-Stars that played at NARCH. I'm talking about teams that I saw play in St. Louis. I think there are a lot of college teams that would do very well in NARCH Men's Platinum. Sure there are some teams that Men's Platinum would be a stretch for, but isn't that the idea? Also, yes there are many NCRHA players that play NARCH Platinum at both the Junior and D1 levels. That's why I think Men's Platinum would be a good fit for those guys too because Men's Platinum wouldn't conflict with their club team's Platinum schedules in Junior and D1.

I played in Mens Gold and I think even that level would be a good fit for a lot of college teams.

I'm sure that across the board all college teams could find a home in either Men's Platinum, Gold or Silver.

I would say Men's Gold would be a much better fit for the majority of college teams.
