Tour Sticks: Broken Blade Cut-Off/Replacement...
Alright, I should probably be able to figure it out, but I figured I'd ask on here just incase someone has already done it. Here's the deal...
I've got 4 Tour twigs (3 Aviators, 1 Beemer) and it's the first time that i've had the blades break/crack before the shaft snaps. SO my question is, has anyone cut off a Tour twig yet and put in a replacement blade into the tapered end? If so, enlighten me here... where to cut, any difficulities you found, what blade you're using, etc etc.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Tour Sticks: Broken Blade Cut-Off/Replacement...
I think a guy on our Drexel team has done it pretty regularly to save money. Not sure exactly how it works, but it looks like a clean cut works just fine. Put the new blade up to the old one, mark 'er off, and cut?

Yeah, that was the approach I was gonna roll with.
Thanks Bren.

Your gonna need:
a plasma torch
a midget riding a unicycle
2 bags Fun Dip-Throw out the Grape
blade of your choice(preferably one that doesn't let you lift the puck)
Once you have secured all the necessary provisions, contact me by PM for the remaining instructions.

Alright Rock, First things first:
Plasma torch... I'll ask teh wife for one for my birthday.
Midget on a unicycle... you think Jay would help us with this one??
FunDip... I like the grape pouch!!
Blade of choice... Come on, no faith! Just hide In the net and you'll be fine.
And anyway... I wasn't asking for a lesson on how to sneak FunDip throw security at an airport, I just wanna a new blade. haha.
