Pre-Preaseason ECRHA Tourney interest

I'm trying to judge interest for a pre-preseason tournament held before ECRHA preseason next year. It would be held here at Ithaca, NY at Cass Rink on a Mateflex surface held sometime in early-mid September. We're trying to drum up support for the town to look into buying a floor, and we've been lucky enough to secure one for a couple months and see no good reason why we shouldn't be using the hell out of it. I'm thinking round robin so teams get at least a bunch of games in, with a double elimination after taking the top end teams. I'm trying to judge interest levels and how much people would be willing to pay for how many games, etc. I'd be setting this up over the summer and there'd be a drop-dead date by sometime in early August. Hotels around here aren't too expensive; the night life is pretty fun although the chicks on my side of the hill can be iffy. IC chicks are pretty cute, though.

Buffalo would be interested. You'll have to give us plenty of warning so we can get things in order for it.

We're also looking for some teams in Western New York to scrimmage from now until the end of the school year. (RIT, Brockport, anyone else who wants to make the drive?)
