Wow
Hi Folks,
While doing research for my book on Roller Hockey International, I came upon this little doozy in a John Black column for the April/May 1993 issue of Street Hockey magazine, the precursor to Roller Hockey magazine:
"Recently, a regional director for Little League Baseball in Southern California telephoned the director of a local youth roller hockey league and requested a change in the roller hockey season as little league signups were down so dramatically that the existence of the baseball league itself was threatened. Roller hockey's impact on America's pastime should speak volumes about its popularity."
Talk amongst yourselves.
Sincerely,
Richard Graham
