There was a league in the Michigan area, but I'm not sure if it still exists. Otherwise you're looking at college or PIHA minors as the closest thing.

Re: JR.A Roller Hockey?
If you check the record books....well there aren't any, but there used to be one in MI and in Ontario/NY area called Major Junior A but both have not survived - stayed around a couple years or so each and went alright - Interesting idea back from 1997/8 and through new millenium with Michigan but the only true junior and pro league is the PIHA right now (minor, 16 and over and pro, 18 and over) with any connection of moving up through an exposure or preperation stand point as far as ultimate league in-line hockey in most areas now in the USA and Canada. 21 and under Junior level is available at tournaments only now...you can go through any tourney series and most will have the bracket at a local event and definatly at nationals!!
Good Luck
