    Pittsburgh Bandits: 32-0

Can it happen? Will it happen? They've won their first 20, only 12 more left...

Has distinct possibilities but now they must hit the road.....In one weekend they have 8 games

Friday Night the 13th they are at york
Saturday Afternoon the 14th at Feasterville
Saturday Evening the 14th at Pottstown
Sunday Afternoon the 15th at Marple

That is gonna be a tough weekend for any team.

I agree. This would be a tough feat to accomplish!! This past weekend, our Minor team lost to Richmond in the first game. The players were very dissapointed, we put it to them plain and simple by saying, " Hey guys, you didn't expect to go 32-0 did ya? " They players regrouped, seen reality, and moved on. To go 32 and 0 would be insane, and i'm sure the Pro team is taking it game by game, and whatever comes there way, they will handle accordingly. Best of luck to all.

As daunting as that road trip looks, you have to realize that the bandits will have every single key player with them to get in the needed 20 games to be eligible for the playoffs. I think the fact that they have amazing depth will probably outweigh their fatigue. If they lose, i don't think it will be because they're tired, they will make someone beat them. We played the bandits 6 times and had a good chance to win 4 of the 6, but came away with only 1 point, the only point they've surrendered this season. I would honestly say that the level of talent this league has grown significantly since last season to the point where any team is good enough to be any other team. We've had multiple shots at beating them, harrisburg had a shot, marple had a shot, feasterville had a chance... i think they could go undefeated, but it certainly wont guarantee them anything in the playoffs.

The chances of going 32-0 are pretty slim to none in this league. Now, after witnessing the Bandits play this weekend I am pretty sure it is possible. I was a little dissappointed when we went up there because a lot of our players felt they had a huge majority of the calls go there way, not complaining, just stating what I saw while we were out there, and it seemed that when we played the Inferno and the Bandits the officiating was a lot different than here back East of PA. Im sure a great team can adjust to these things, and I wish them luck the rest of the season, but on the other hand, a couple of calls going the other way in a close game could affect the outcome of a game. It will be interesting to see how they play on the road and I am looking foward to see how the streak holds up in the upcoming weeks.

i think i can speak for the bandits when i say that both teams are looking forward to going on the road in hopes of getting some more officiating more consistent with the rest of the league... i think both the express and robins can testify that the games at scottdale this weekend were a great display of some interesting officiating...

I think one major problem is the inconsistency of the rules in roller hockey in general. In St. Louis, we have some leagues playing by the "New Standard" and some that are not. It makes it very hard for officials to get used to calling one or the other.
