various wheels/bearing questions (rink rat, sonic juice, etc)
I've got a bunch of questions (i'm a recreational player)
1. Just got a set of Rink Rat Hot Shots. I noticed one side has the wheels logo, and the other side is flatter. Since both sides are different, does this mean I'm not supposed to rotate the wheels ?
2. I've noticed alot of ppl saying they get new wheels every 3-4 weeks. How many hours of playing time does that translate to? And is there a way to tell if your wheels need replacing? The reason I ask is because I've noticed a decline in my skating, and I've had the same wheels for a year (one hour/week of playing time) -- so I'm not sure if the decline is cuz of my wheels or because I'm just not in as good a shape.
3. Just got a bottle of sonic grip juice also. How often should I be using this? After every skate? After every period? Once a month? And how much should I put on? Should I only use a small amount and wipe it over the entire wheel or should I be going nuts and using alot per wheel?
4. Bearings -- how often do ppl replace them? Also the consensus seems to be that bearing quality makes little difference, so should I just go with cheap abec-3s when getting new bearings, and save the money?

Re: various wheels/bearing questions (rink rat, sonic juice, etc)
i keep all my logos on the outside of the skate. i usually get new wheels when i notice like tears or they are just run down ( usually about 4 months for me and i play 2-3 times a week ) i dont always get all new wheels mostly singles or a 4 pack
my bearings i have swiss. i suggest abec 9 if u dont realy play as much or dont take it tournament level wise. but abec 9 are still pretty good bearings.
i have a brand new pair of abec 9 bearings that came with my skates pm me or watev if your intersested. ( i have ebay feeback ect.... )
when i swap my bearings out i usually just push with my thumb or something bigger than the hole in the bearing an they should pop out.
