Mike Hunt from Rink Rat - Email Address?

I spoke to Mike Hunt, from Rink Rat, at NARCh Winternationals, and he told me to send him an email regarding an issue my son was having with Rink Rat Hot Shot wheels.

I checked the Rink Rat web site and found the following email address for Mike [email protected]

I sent him an email but I haven't heard back from him. I was wondering if I had a bad email address.

Does anyone have a different, and possibly more current, email address for Mike.

No offense Mr. Inge but in this day and age I know picking up a phone is hard to do...lol...I've always had success in calling the main office and they always transfer me to him, granted he's always on the phone but, he'll jump call to call quick - Mike's good like that!!

Thanks for the advice.

However, in this case, Mike requested that I email him. So, out of respect to Mike, for now I'll stick by what he told me to do.

In the mean time, with three Rink Rat Hot Shot wheels that cracked in half at NARCh Winternationals, my son will give a set of Revision Variant Gold wheels he received from the Revision Rep. a shot. (Thanks again to the Revision Rep. and Nanette Houser!)

*UPDATE*

Never did hear from Mike Hunt, nor did my son ever receive the replacement wheels Mike Hunt promissed.

I guess it's time to turn the page on Rink Rat Wheels and move on to Revision. It was a good run. But, in the end, Rink Rat's durability and reliabilty couldn't keep pace with the demands my son placed on their wheels.

unfortunately i have done the same....rink rat makes a great wheel and hunter is a great guy and a great rep when present, however the troubles ive had contacting him outside of major tournaments have been quite teh challenge, even playing for team mission/rink rat....so now you'll see me rockin some bronze revisions....

Not sure why the email didn' work, It should have! I also have an alternative email and it is [email protected] I believe that will be added to the website. Steve I appreciate your frustration but this is quite honestly the first time in the past Month that i have been able to look at this website! The month of January is the second worst month for travel for me. It starts with Torhs in Philly then i go straight to Phoenix for Narch. I'm home for 2 days then i fly to San Diego for the ASR surf and skateboard show, right from there I fly to Vegas for the Lets Play Hockey Show! 29 or 31 days on the road my friend. I did ask you to email me but if the email was being bounced back or not going through then call me. When have I ever not taken care of someone with an issue. For two years if anyone has even broke 1 wheel I send them an entire set of 8 wheels. Thats the way I operate the customer service of Rink Rat. If your not happy due to the fact you couldn't get ahold of me then i apolagize.
But there are other ways to get me if its important!

Soup, You saw me at Narch and never said a word about any of this, I can't fix a problem unless I know about it. If I promised you wheels and you never received them then thats my bad. Just give me a heads up when you see me next time, of all people I think you know what i think of you!

On the revision issue, if your happy with their products then great, use the wheel that works for you the best. I have no problem with that at all boys!

i can attest that mike is one of the most upstanding guys when it comes to standing behind his product and taking care of any issues that ever arise with his wheels. mike, i appreciate everything and will continue to tell everyone i know about the quality and great customer service of rink rat.

Not a problem man, i figured there was an issue where you couldnt access your email or something....its not a problem, just back when i moved to North Carolina, i told you i would need some wheels because i would away from any contacts, i emailed ya, it went through, just no response...so i made the call to revision....to me, all the wheels work the same, im fat...and slow...haha im not dissin you nor rink rat, you guys are a great addition to the hockey world....especially when i get to see your beautiful talent put in use out on the rink....take care buddy...any questions PM me....

I double checked, and no bounced back emails on my end.

Fortunately I had a backup set of Rink Rat Hot Shots at home to replace the missing "Exploding" wheels with, which you asked me for Mike, and I gave them to you at NARCh Winternationals.
