    Inferno vs. Fury

    Minors

    Fury 5-4 ot
    Fury 6-4

    Pro

Inferno 5-4 in 1st OT (Gene Spadaro penalty shot)
    Inferno 4-3 in 1st OT

Looking at the standings, these were two big wins for the Inferno Pro team.

Although the Flyers aren't a PIHA team (barely an NHL team). Did they beat the Kansas City Penguins? That shot was at you Flynn.

Cus I'm numb to Flyers abuse. They are so bad that there is nothing you can say that I already havent. Good wins, sounds like I missed some exciting games.

As for the Pitt/Glads games. It was posted here that the Bandits won all four, but on the site it is posted that they won only three of four.

The PIHA site is wrong, the pro def won all 4 and the minors split both in ot. Today the pro's beat Fury both games, and minors won both there games vs the fury

Everything appears to have been fixed. Only score missing is the second Marple/Scottsdale Game. Good job to everyone this weekend.

The site is also wrong about the Bandits Minor record. On Saturday. we split with the Gladiators, both of our teams losing in overtime. If yo look at the records, there is no ot lose for us(Bandits) not for the Glads.
    Great hockey this weekend though!!!

That all gets changed once the scoresheets are put in. All the home team has to do is put them in and the games will show correctly on the standings.

Jeff is correct. In order for the OTL points to show up, the game sheets need to be put in by the home teams. The OT goal is what will tell the site to give the OTL point.

Too avoid all these issues, would it not make sense for the league to input all stats.

That would take even longer and would be a ton of work for any one person to do. It is the responsibility of the home team to get the scoresheets up. If they can't get the whole sheet up right away, they should do there best to at least get the scores in ASAP. The leagues job is to monitor the job the home teams do and deal with any conflicts that arrise in the process. We are working toward a system one day that will input statistics as they happen, but that is probably a little while away.

I understand that your current set up is through the home teams to get this done, but don't you pay league fees for this type of stuff?

In general most leagues have people for this type of function, that does help to in sure that it gets done the right way.

Some are paid and some volunteer.

Scratches my chin, grins, then chuckles, then laughs hysterically!
    Shakes head (volunteers) uh huh.
