Ummm...read this!

Well, now that I have your attention...

I don't know what to say! I'm really bored right now, so I am writing this. Its about midnight, and I just got in from a really boring night! Well, I guess theres not too much I can do about that now.

Hockey has started, my Jr.B opportunity's await! StillI don't know what the future holds. Like Gary said to me before maybe I'll end up not even playing inline anymore, you never know. Its not likely though, I'm already getting pumped up for next year. NARCh, its 11 months away, and I am already getting excited...hell I don't even know where it will be yet!

But back to the present, ice hockey. Wow, I'm back to reality for 5 short months I was living a dream. Playing roller hockey everyday, going to tournaments every weekend, Buffalo, Toronto, Detroit...WOW! It was too good to be true!

Now its down to business, but damn it feels good to be able to hit someone, and take some agression out! Hey, maybe if I'm really lucky I'll get into a scrap with some 20 year old bruiser, and maybe I'll even win!

That would be the day.

Well, thats not really my style of play. Don;t get me wrong I like to hit, but I love to play hockey the way it should be played.

Hey, its almost like I'm playing roller hockey, but being allowed to hit, and a lot more regulations! Its great, I just love flying pased the defenders, dishing off a sweet pass, and one of my buddies netting the puck for a goal! Its a great feeling!

Well, I guess I've writen something useful, or maybe I haven't. Either way I hope you enjoyed reading it. I really don't know how one would reply to this, but try if you can!

I don;t know yet...tryouts started the other weekend, its Between Elmira Sugar Kings, and the Waterloo Siskins...preferably the Siskins, cause they are my hometown team!

Best of luck in your ice endeavors, our paths will not cross as I will be out next week checking out some BCHL prospects in the Pendicton area.

As for those bruisers..standing up for oneself is all you can do, it earns the respect of your teammates, who you don't have to like..but in order to win..have to respect

BTW..heavy bag, speed bag...find a gym that has some boxing stuff in the summers..it wouldn't hurt..and hey..just pretend the other guy is me in my first few posts in which we sparred!!..I'm sure you'll take him down...

Don't be afraid to bring a good book on the bus now and then..although sometimes Maxim and the like are just too much to pass up..such as Anna K's recent cover...

Good Luck at tryouts and hope to hear things go well. Don't forget Us Inline peons and don't become an Ice snob. All Hockey is Hockey. Hell miracles are happening even GM sent his well wishes. Ice hockey getting along with roller hockey, Cats sleeping with dogs, whats going on. Good luck and keep posting. Its always nice to hear when a young man gets the opportunity to live and work towards his dream.
