Tour Beemers

I may be getting these skates since there only 100$ on hockeygiant.com, I know tours are wide but the top seems huge and seems like your ankle would move around alot, also wondering if i would have a big adjusment coming from 05 nike shadows to the beemers thanks and by the way what year did the beemers come out cause they have the old dynastys on them?

I think you should go for it. I wished they had my size on sale. I wore Beemers and loved them, then went to the Code 1's and now I wish I could go back to the beemers.

Enjoy them - specially for $100 thats a steal.

If anyone know were I can find Beemers size 9 or 9.5 please let me know. Thanks

If I were you I would be careful of the TOUR skates ONLY if you have a narrow foot. I have the code 1's and I have a huge ankle problem now because my ankle moves around in the boot alot. I thought I had the wrong size but the boot is just wide and i have narrow feet. I am a bauer guy for life! SO in all seriousness, think about your foot and definitely try them on. My game, my feet, my ankles are suffering right now because I found a good deal. In the long run it might not be worth it. TRY THEM ON and if you can find someone to let you skate in them for a while. just my thoughts

As an ice hockey player turned roller hockey when I went into college, I am used to the wider boot and I love my Beemers that I got of hockeygiant not too long ago. I think it's pretty standard that Nike's, Bauers, and the CCM Vectors all run on the thinner side with boot width, and Missions and Tours are a little wider. The Beemers came out about two years ago I'm guessing but the Labeda Dynasty's aren't that bad of a wheel. It just depends on what you are used to. Overall, the skate was easy to break in and worth the money.

I've had the beemers for only a year now and the hummer frame has already stripped so I can't screw one of the axles in(a reason the one part axle system isn't a good thing). But the skates are already worn down anyway so I'm looking at getting new ones. I'm looking at the Tour Code E2s and the Mission Wicked 5s. With the tour skates I'm just worried im gonna have the same problem with the hummer frame stripping. Any thoughts on which skate is better?

I have my pair of Beemers for about 2 years now. They are holding up great and I never had a problem with the hummer axles stripping. The boots are doing well also. I weigh 220 and skate about 7-8 hrs a week. I would stick with Tour .

I've had the Beemers for about 7 months now and I love them. They are light, suit my wide based foot really well and, as for being loose around the ankles, I bought longer laces and wrap em twice around my ankles before knotting them to keep it tight. It works just fine.

I have no problems with them falling apart or the chassis stripping on the one piece axle. They were a steal for 110 bucks back in August.
