    Nike Training

    Some people might have seem that Nike have released an updated version of their Hockey Training Program. Now this is all well and fine except for one small problem, for me to actually do the exercises I need them to be on paper, and I also have to show my Physiotherapist so that she can approve them, how should I do this? How should I get them on paper?

    I doubt it would work, buy try sending Nike an e-mail.
