2006 Summer Sizzler

The Boston Roller Rats and the Holbrook Swamp Donkeys would like to announce the inaugural Summer Sizzler tournament, to be held at Holbrook Inline Sports Center in Holbrook, MA on Saturday June 10, 2006.

There will be both a pro division and a minor division available to teams who wish to enter. Entry fee will be $400 per team and will include a three game guarantee. The format for the games will be two (2) running time seventeen (17) minute periods. The only exception will be in the final two minutes of the games where there is a two goals or less differential in which stop time will be implemented. There will also be an eight (8) goal mercy rule. Each team will be allowed a single one (1) minute timeout per game. USA Hockey Inline rules will be in effect for this tournament. There will be a three (3) minute warmup period starting immediately after completion of the previous game. There will be a one (1) minute break between periods.

Winners of each division will receive a team trophy and t-shirts for each team member. The runners-up in each division will receive a team trophy.
