Hi Folks,
Here's a press release regarding LeGolie International's new products.

LeGolie International?s revolutionary inline hockey puck designated ?Official Puck? for the July 2005 World Inline Hockey Championships. The Zero-G/Z Pro also picked as the ?Official Puck? in a three-year deal with Finnish Pro Inline League (SM-Liiga).
In 2003, Montreal based LeGolie International introduced ?LeGolie,? the first truly interactive product that can be used for practice or game play. LeGolie International's latest revelation is the world's first aerodynamic inline and ice puck. The company has just announced that their Zero-G (Z-Pro in Europe) inline puck was just chosen as the Official Puck for this summer?s IIHF World Inline Hockey Championship in Helsinki, Finland. The puck was also picked by SM-Liiga, the Finnish Inline Pro League as their Official puck for the next three years.
Zero-G/Z-Pro was designed by aerospace engineer Michael Coleman. His revolutionary design is the first ever to use elliptical holes spaced around the outside perimeter of the puck creating increased rotation, better flight performance, reduced surface friction, and less resistance through the air than any other puck they have played or tested. Currently, distributors in countries where inline hockey is growing at a faster rate than ice hockey such as New Zealand, Australia, France, Japan, Mexico, Italy, Germany, South Africa, Switzerland, Belgium, and several other markets have already signed on to exclusively distribute the inline version of the puck. LGI Vice President Andrew Small feels that this puck will make a significant impact: ?We see the excitement the puck is creating and want to see it become the benchmark for inline hockey pucks within the next two years.?
The company is currently finalizing the ice version of the puck. ?Imagine a puck that is exactly the same feel, size, and weight of the current ice puck except moves through the air faster, straighter, and with less bounce and wobble... we really believe our ice version has the potential to be the first puck to replace the one we have all been using for the past 100 years,? said company President Simon Berdugo.
